Your Impact
At Leonardo UK, the work you do directly contributes to technologies that help keep people safe. As a Scrum Master, you’ll enable high-performing engineering teams to deliver complex capabilities at pace—supporting mission-critical systems developed within our Future Combat Air (FCA) Line of Business.
Part of the Electronics Division, FCA leads the delivery and integration of advanced electronic systems for the global defence market. Working as a Prime Contracting Office for major programmes such as Team Tempest and the Future Combat Air System (FCAS) Acquisition Programme, the team also develops innovative products that support the architecture and integration of large, complex systems of systems.
As a Scrum Master, your impact will be felt across our engineering teams. You’ll create the conditions for delivery by enabling collaboration, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. By helping teams deliver new features and enhancements quickly and continuously, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our technology evolves at the speed required to support operational success.
