The Scrum Master is responsible for enabling Agile teams to deliver business value effectively. This role coaches and supports teams in Agile ways of working, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, removes impediments, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. The Scrum Master partners closely with Product Owners, Technology teams, and Business stakeholders to drive predictable delivery, collaboration, and high‑quality outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams to become high‑performing, self‑organising, and outcome‑focused
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritisation, and release planning
• Identify and remove impediments that impact team delivery and flow
• Protect the team from external disruptions and unplanned work
• Promote transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies across Business, IT, and Operations
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset through coaching, feedback, and experimentation
• Encourage strong collaboration across cross‑functional and onshore/offshore teams

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile delivery environment
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑changing and complex environments
• Practical understanding of Agile principles with a hands‑on delivery mindset
• Experience working with Technology and Business teams
• Preferred Qualifications: Scrum Master or Agile certification (e.g. PSM, CSM)
• Background in technology delivery, software development, or digital transformation is an advantage

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor Degree
• 7-9 years of experience
