  Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring they are productive and time-boxed.

  Coach the Development Team and Product Owner in the effective application of Scrum principles, practices, and values.
• 
  Proactively identify and remove obstacles or impediments that hinder the Development Team's progress, escalating when necessary.
• 
  Guide the team to continuously improve their process using metrics and retrospectives, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.
• 
  Help the Product Owner manage and maintain the Product Backlog and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• 
  Track and report on key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts) to provide transparency on team performance and progress.
• 
  Shield the team from external distractions and interferences, ensuring a sustainable pace of work.

• 
  Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification (e.g., PSM I).
• 
  2 - 4 years of experience working as a Scrum Master for a software development team would be ideal.
• 
  Deep understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience with the Scrum framework.
• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• 
  General understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• 
  Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe).
• 
  Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
