ACI is one of the fastest growing provider of US parcel logistics services, focusing on online and offline commerce – and everything in between. And we are just getting started. Our Leadership Team owns a Successful track record of developing innovative small package shipping and global logistics solutions for our client. We have driven world class solutions for many of the biggest and most recognized brands across media, ecommerce, and retail sectors.

Our company has quadrupled in size the last two years, and the next two years look to be just as explosive. Right now, we have international partners across the globe funnelling their e-commerce deliveries through us. We are deploying new parcel sortation facilities across the United States.

As we are experiencing explosive growth, we need talented engineers who want to grow with us! We are building, managing a highly scalable platform leveraging microservices architecture, Kubernetes, REDIS, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Azure Cloud native services etc, to support this growth. Over the next several years, our technology team will be going deep into warehouse automation, AI, ML, IoT, and data technologies.

Our primary development team in Bengaluru, India is core to our vision. We have invested in setting up a wholly owned subsidiary of ACI office in Bangalore and fully operational since Q2 2022. We intend to grow our Bengaluru division long-term, investing heavily in talent and leadership.

About You:

At ACI, you’ll be our go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work. Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.. Ultimately, you’ll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints

You should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. You will encourage and embrace core Scrum values on courage, commitment, focus, openness and respect. What you’ll do:

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Facilitate backlog grooming.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, scrum of scrums and also facilitate decision making process
• Serving as facilitators for Agile teams working under the Scrum methodology.
• Ensure development teams follow Scrum framework values and Agile practices.
• Mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes and higher scrum maturity
• Eliminating team impediments.
• Conflict resolution and maintain a safe & healthy working environment for the team
• Bridging the needs of product management, sales, marketing, operations, and Software development

Qualifications

What you’ll bring in:

• 7 – 10 years of experience
• Deep Understanding of Agile and Scrum and Hands on experience in Agile SCRUM and implementation in software development projects
• Hands on experience in using Tools like JIRA for implementing SCRUM
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Scrum master certification

Nice to Have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
