About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a dynamic Agile delivery environment in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for a highly motivated Agile professional who excels at facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, and driving the successful delivery of complex projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with multiple Scrum teams, stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery managers to foster Agile best practices and ensure efficient and predictable delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Support multiple Scrum teams simultaneously, ensuring alignment and delivery effectiveness.
• Remove impediments and proactively address risks that may impact team performance.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear prioritization and delivery objectives.
• Track and report on team progress, sprint outcomes, and delivery metrics.
• Promote transparency, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and drive Agile maturity across teams.
• Ensure effective use of Agile tools and delivery frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience managing and supporting multiple Scrum teams.
• Fluent Dutch language skills (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience working within Scrum environments and SAFe frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence teams and stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master Certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).
• SAFe Certification is highly desirable.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting Agile transformation initiatives.
