Job Title: Scrub Nurse / Anaesthetic Nurse

Banding: Band 5

Location: Harrogate

Working Hours: full-time or part-time Finish

Rate: £20.45 - £23.27 per hour

Are you a skilled Scrub Nurse or Anaesthetic Nurse specializing in Orthopaedics and Trauma? Pulse Nursing is excited to invite dedicated professionals to join our team in Harrogate!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the theatre environment for orthopaedic and trauma procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the surgical area, ensuring it is safe and sterile.
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Administer anaesthetic care and monitor patients during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical protocols to ensure optimal outcomes.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC registration.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a theatre setting, specifically in orthopaedics and trauma.
• Proficient in aseptic techniques and infection control practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
