Job Title: Script Writer / Content Writer

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Script/Content Writer to craft engaging scripts, blogs, and promotional content. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language and the ability to simplify complex ideas for a wide range of audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refine and enhance educational scripts to make them more engaging, immersive, and captivating for the audience.

• Write clear, engaging, and original scripts for explainer videos, podcasts, and other multimedia formats

• Research topics and simplify complex information into easy-to-understand, impactful narratives

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and video editors to ensure cohesive storytelling

• Develop blog articles, marketing copy, and promotional content for digital platforms (website, social media, emailers)

• Adapt writing style for different audiences, tones, and platforms

• Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency

• Stay up-to-date with trends in content marketing, SEO, and digital storytelling

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Education, Journalism, or relevant field.

• 1–4 years of experience in script writing, content creation (preferably in EdTech).

• Excellent command of the English language – written and verbal.

• Strong storytelling and visualization skills.

• Ability to simplify academic concepts without losing depth.

• (Bonus) Familiarity with video scripting tools, e-learning authoring tools, or SEO.

Good to Have:

• Basic understanding of script formats for YouTube, reels, and short-form content

Experience using AI or writing tools like Grammarly, ChatGPT, Notion, etc.
