Part-time, 5-10 hours/week
Scheduled during Urgency Care hours (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 8am-5pm, Sun 11am-5pm)
Variable upon agreement with the provider
The Scribe’s role is to increase the efficiency and the productivity of the provider they are working for by allowing the provider to focus on what is most important, the patient. The Scribe follows a provider in Urgency Care through his or her workday and charts patient encounters in real time using Touchworks and existing templates. The Scribe will document the patient’s history of present illness, the provider’s interaction with the patient, the procedures performed, the results of laboratory/diagnostic tests ordered, and other pertinent information.
Education and Experience Required:
Employment is contingent on successful completion of drug screen, health assessment, and background check.
Benefits & Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $19.30-27.95, initial pay based on relevant work experience.
