10 Hour Days - 6:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday

As a Screen Fabricator, you play a key role in our production process by creating high-quality screens that keep our presses running efficiently and our products performing at their best. What You’ll Do
- Prepare and fabricate screens to meet detailed job specifications
- Support production by troubleshooting screen-related issues and reducing downtime
- Read and interpret job tickets to ensure accuracy and quality
- Reclaim screens and handle materials according to environmental standards
- Respond to press calls and work closely with production teams
- Monitor schedules to prioritize screen preparation
- Track quality and production output data
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
- Rotate responsibilities to build skills and support the team
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of safety practices and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in screen printing or fabrication
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
