Barista – Scooters Coffee

Hourly Pay: $11.00 per hour + TIPS
Job Type: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

At Scooter’s Coffee, we believe that amazing people make amazing coffee. We’re looking for energetic, customer-focused Baristas to join our team! If you’re passionate about creating memorable experiences, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love a good cup of coffee, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items according to Scooter’s standards.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to every customer.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Work collaboratively with your team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Uphold Scooter’s values of integrity, love, humility, and courage in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine passion for people.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability and attention to detail.
• Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll provide training!
