Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Material Handling team, ensuring that all operations are executed safely and efficiently.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and promote professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and resolve any operational issues.
• Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance organizational efficiency.

This is what you bring to us:

• Proven experience in supply chain management or material handling operations (At least 5 years)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity for strategic thinking
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and data analysis tools
