Job Description

Your Contribution

• Manage and monitor 3PL operations to achieve service and KPI targets
• Review 3PL performance and drive continuous improvements
• Manage warehouse processes and support WMS enhancements
• Coordinate bi-annual warehouse stock counts
• Identify opportunities to optimize logistics and freight costs
• Support supply chain improvement and digitalization projects
• Drive process improvements aligned with business needs and strategies
• Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular inventory reports
• Prepare and coordinate warehousing and logistics KPI reports
• Support monthly reporting to Regional Operations and Excellence APAC
• Track and report cost-saving initiatives and performance improvements

Your Experience & Qulifications

• University bachelor’s degree or above
• 4+ years experience in full SCM operations
• Deep knowledge and experience of supply chain concepts, inventory management and warehousing
• Automotive, Automotive After Parts / Aftermarket knowledge is a big plus
• Business level in both Japanese and English language skills
