Position title: Supply Chain Management Analyst
Working location: FVL Hai Duong Plant
Direct report to: Supply Chain Team Manager
Order fulfillment: demand analysis and release order to Suppliers, manage orders.
Part readiness, Parts claim assessment and control;
System release control, analyze and fix issue to ensure correct demand reflected (CMMS, QAD, OCP, Ariba, NGAVS, VIPER, App ..);
Monitoring and controlling shipments status from Supplier side to Hai Phong Port/Noi bai Airport/Border gate in daily basis, give solution for issue.
Cargo Call In: customs clearance request, containers/shipment call from Port/Airport/Border gate in to nominated external warehouse / FVL warehouse to fully meet production requirement.
Follow up and manage daily parts supply to production for timely find out part shortage/damaged/wrong ship/shortship/quality issue and give immediate recovery solution.
Inventory planning and management (Fixed float, Min order, balance on hand, buffer, physical count, cycle count, adjustment transaction…);
Cost management: optimize warehouse charge, Freight cost, DEM, DET, Obsoletion, Scrap; Parts order charge; waste elimination initiative to meet cost objective.
Work and coordinate with IMG SCM, IMG Logistics, Material Replenishment, Material Handling, Production Control, Purchasing, Finance, PVT, Quality, Customs, Shipping lines, Airlines, Parts Suppliers, Quality, Manufacturing shops, IT help desk to ensure smooth parts supply for protecting production with best cost scenarios;
Work with Customs department to analyze and provide parts order, parts usage data for annual import tax refund;
Work with Quality department, Customs department to analyze and make report for annual COP audit required by VietnamRegister Department.
Experience: at least 02 years with Supply Chain & Logistics field in manufacturing plant/factory environment; Working with multi systems.
Good follow up, coordination and problem-solving skills
Good at MS office (Word/Excel/Power point/App..)
Fluently in reading, speaking, listening, and writing English.
Analyzing, planning, negotiating, decision making skill.
Working under high pressure, be careful.
Teamwork and drive for results.
