Responsibilities

  • Update the IMP/EXP status in Thales record system.
  • Prepare the customs clearance document for the daily operation
  • Liaising with internal and external to ensure the correct HS code for IMP&EXP
  • Work with shipping / receiving to expedite import & Export shipment.
  • Transport management of freight booking with forwarder secured in a timely manner based on routine or urgent needs
  • Liaising and following with the forwarder/broker for every shipment. Ensure timely finish customs clearance.
  • Timely checking and prepare the forwarder invoice list for finance payment purpose.
  • Frequently use “Single Window” system & Imp&Exp system to ensure daily work
  • Monthly KPI report update
  • Monthly Supplier Performance Review
  • Maintain excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Assisting in planning, scheduling, and tracking of shipments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree/or Above in International Trade, Logistic or related disciplines;
  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience in International Trade business, or International transportation or International purchasing business ; familiarity with International trade process;
  • Self-driven, meticulous, organized and able to multi-task
  • Positive attitude and able to work independently
  • Proactive and Innovative
  • Results oriented with organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Frequent use MS office tools, good skills in Excel and PPT
