Assistant I, II, III, Sr, SCM Admin

GRADE LEVEL: Non-Exempt 4-7

This position will provide clerical support to Supply Chain Management at Vogtle 3&4.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• High School diploma or GED is required, higher level education preferred

Experience

• Minimum two (2) years administrative work experience required

• Five (5) years secretarial/administrative work experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat or other scanning software

• Prior experience in D2 and scanning documents

• Understanding of Quality Assurance Records and engineering documents is desirable

• Working knowledge of Webtop Documentum is preferred

• Working knowledge of MAXIMO is preferred

• Working knowledge of ORACLE is preferred

• Possess high-level keyboarding skills

• Possess effective written and oral communication skills

• Experience handling multiple projects, high-volume workload, and working in a fast-paced team environment is preferred

• Ability to learn industry specific software in assigned areas

• Handling a high level of customer interface in person and over the telephone with a high degree of professionalism

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Job duties include scanning and uploading documents in D2

• Training coordinator

• Timekeeping

• Travel planning

• Coordinating various events/meetings

• Filing

• Typing

• Maintaining procedures

• Preparing expense reports

• Coordinating special projects, and other administrative duties

• Provide back-up support to the Secretary and other Administrative Assistants within the department

• Support outage needs as required
