  • Experience working with experimental design and scientific problem solving.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain scientific concepts clearly to different audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken.

Additional Skills & Interests We Value

While not required, experience with Design of Experiments (DoE), data science applications for bioprocess development, model-based process development, or the use of AI-based tools to support process development and decision-making would be advantageous. We also value experience communicating scientific findings through publications, patents, conference presentations, or posters.

What We Offer

At Novonesis, you will become part of a highly skilled scientific environment where collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning are valued. You will have the opportunity to work across laboratory, pilot, and industrial environments while contributing to technologies that support the development of food cultures and probiotics. As part of our team, you will enjoy a collaborative and engaging work environment where knowledge sharing and scientific excellence are encouraged. We offer opportunities for professional growth and continuous development while providing exposure to cutting-edge fermentation and drying technologies.
