Job Title:

Scientist II, Research Associate

The Role:

• Carefully prepare samples of indicated formulation designed byscientists, feedback instantly withinsightfulobservation during sample preparation.

• Conductmeasurementandpolishingwith high qualitydata mining and data summary

• Maintain accurate records of experiment results and summarize experiment data for progress reports

• Review and edit data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information

• May set up and maintain laboratory equipment and support find out root cause of unexpected results

• Support control of Chemicals and wastes inventory

• Execute assigned miscellaneouslab-related duties

In this role you will:

• Able toproperly operate chemicals by following SDS instruction.

• Able tocarefully observe the properties changedof RD samples preparationprocess.

• Excellentlab toolsexecution skills(metrology tools, polishing machine and)

• Able to communicate with scientists andteam leaders.

• Able to summarizeandupdate experimentalresultswith an organized structure.

• Able to collaborate withscientists and RAwith flexible tasks assignment.

• Able to maintainand improvelabsystem.Such as 6S/EHS/Inventory etc

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

• Bachelor's degree minimum in chemistry, chemical engineer, material science orchemical/instruments handlingrelatedexperience

• Basic Word/Excel/PowerPoint Skillto summarize experimental results with qualityarchitecture

• Basicreading,speaking,writing,listeningin English

• Positive learning attitude for new challenges and new objects.

• Good collaboration skills and a good team player.

• Experienced in multi-component samplespreparationand propertiestracking

• Experiencedinoperation and dailycalibration,verificationandmaintenanceofpH meterandconductivity

• Experienced in operation and maintenance ofZetaSizer, polishing machine or AFM/SEM.
