职位描述

1. 能够独立完成测试分析的相关试验内容，涉及红外光谱、气相色谱、液相色谱、拉曼光谱等技术；

   Responsible for the testing relative to chemical analysis independently, including infrared spectroscopy, gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, Raman spectroscopy and other technologies;

2. 根据需求，查找标准，进行分析方法的开发和验证；

   Search standards and literature to develop and validate analysis methods according to the requirements,

3. 实验数据的处理和统计分析，及时分辨异常情况，协助调查分析；

   Process statistical analysis of experimental data, distinguish abnormal situation timely, assist the investigation and analysis;

4. 整理相关原始数据、记录，撰写SOP、研究资料等相关技术文件和质量文件，保证真实性、完整性、合规性；

   Sort out relevant original data and records, write SOP, research data and other technical documents and quality documents to ensure authenticity, integrity and compliance of the operation;

5. 负责仪器操作及日常维护；

   Responsible for instrument operation and daily maintenance

6. 与项目团队密切沟通，确保项目进展顺利；

   Work closely with the project team to ensure the progress of the project to work smoothly;

7. 支持客户和官方的审计工作，协助审核顺利通过；

   Supported the audit work of customers and officials, and assisted the audit to work smoothly;

8. 参与完成团队技术的提升、积累、固化；

   Participate in the improvement, accumulation and solidification of team technology;

9. 完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

职位要求

1. 本科及以上学历，化学、分析、物理、机械等相关专业，本科至少3年相关工作经验，或无工作经验的相关科学领域的硕士及以上学位。

   Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry, Physics, analysis, Mechnical etc., with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, or Master's degree in a related science field with no work experience.

2. 熟悉操作GC-MS、LC-MS、拉曼光谱, 具有较好的理论基础，擅长对特征信号进行提取、分析和处理，并对相关结果进行综合分析；

   Familiar with Raman spectroscopy, GC-MS, LC-MS, a good theoretical knowledge, good at extracting, analyzing and processing characteristic signals, and comprehensive analysis of relevant results.

3. 较强逻辑分析能力和科研探索能力，独立思考，不断创新和优化；

   Strong ability of logical analysis and scientific research exploration, independent thinking, continuous innovation and optimization

4. 熟练阅读英文文献和标准；

   Proficiency in English literature and standards

5. 有一定统计分析能力，能进行基础的统计分析工作；

   Have certain statistical analysis ability and can carry out basic statistical analysis work

6. 具备良好的沟通能力，团队协作能力，上进心强；

   Good communication skills, team work ability, self-motivated

7. 对工作有强烈的责任心，能承受一定的工作强度；

8. 熟悉测试分析和相关检测实验室流程。
