As a Technical Staff member, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Expertise in mammalian cell culture, protein expression (mammalian cells and insect cells), protein purification and analysis, as well as recombinant DNA experiments.
- Taking charge of our protein expression service and plasmid purification service, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
- Crafting innovative experiments that push the boundaries of scientific discovery.
- Preparing comprehensive result reports, delivering valuable insights to our esteemed customers.
- Building strong and collaborative teams to improve efficiency and develop a positive work environment.
- Leading process improvement activities to optimize efficiency and streamline operations.
