Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Prepare, label, track, and document fragrance samples in compliance with established procedures to ensure data integrity
• Process fragrance samples from consumer products and raw materials following standardized laboratory protocols
• Support the setup and operation of analytical instruments, including Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC‑MS), under guidance
• Record, organize, and maintain analytical data accurately in laboratory systems and documentation tools
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure data completeness and accuracy prior to review by senior scientists
• Collaborate with senior scientists to align on priorities, timelines, and analytical requirements
• Communicate clearly regarding sample status, deviations, or issues encountered during analysis
• Follow all laboratory safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a clean, organized work environment

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field
• 1–3 years of experience in a laboratory environment within fragrance, consumer goods, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related industries
• Hands-on experience with sample preparation techniques and exposure to analytical instrumentation
• Basic understanding of analytical workflows and laboratory data handling
• Strong knowledge of laboratory safety practices and standard operating procedures
• Experience with accurate documentation and data integrity standards
• Ability to work with precision while following established protocols
• Effective collaboration skills and ability to work within a team-based environment

How Would You Stand Out?

• Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
• Previous experience supporting fragrance or sensory-related analytical projects
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong interest in learning and professional growth
