We are seeking an eager and adaptable scientist with the willingness to grow within cell culture development & commercialization to support our ever growing and dynamic late-stage biologics pipeline within the expansive Biologics S&T portfolio.

Your participation will be instrumental in supporting DS commercialization, process characterization, control strategy development, tech transfer to internal and external manufacturing sites, process validation, second generation process development and health authority licensure.

Key Responsibilities:
Lab Operations (Primary Focus):
Execute and support lab-scale mammalian cell culture runs, including bioreactor setup, operation, monitoring, sampling, and troubleshooting. Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of lab activities.
Technical Strategy: Support cell culture process development, process characterization and regulatory filing activities to ensure a smooth and clear path to successful PPQs and BLAs for the company's pipeline.
Technical knowledge Fundamental knowledge with mammalian cell culture processing of biologics (large molecule products).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve program goals as One Team.
Problem Solving: Trouble shooting equipment and cell culture anomalies.
Communication: Foster collaboration and ensure transparency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Innovation: Support business improvement initiatives.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biological Engineering, or comparable discipline with 2+ years of experience.

The salary range for this role is
$87,300.00 - $137,400.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
