As a Scientist specializing in Upstream Cell Culture, you will drive the development, optimization, and scale-up of cell culture processes for biologics production within our Single-Use Biomanufacturing Facility. You will leverage your expertise in mammalian, microbial, or other cell culture systems to design robust upstream processes, contributing to the development of monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins, vaccines, and other biopharmaceutical products. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will support process innovation, transfer, and scale-up efforts to meet clinical and commercial manufacturing needs. Scientist is encouraged to actively participate in various seminars, scientific discussions (pre & post sale), proof of concept studies and product training for external & internal (Commercial team) customers.
