We are seeking an Associate Scientist to join our growing team in Tunis.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced data scientists to develop analytical solutions, build machine learning models, and support customer projects. You will receive structured onboarding, technical training, and mentorship while gaining hands-on experience solving real-world business problems.
We are looking for curious individuals with strong analytical thinking, a willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Analyze customer data to identify business opportunities and challenges
- Support the design, development, and implementation of machine learning and analytical models
- Contribute to forecasting, optimization, recommendation, and predictive analytics projects
- Collaborate with senior data scientists and project teams on customer engagements
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in customer discussions and solution workshops
- Develop data visualizations and reports to communicate insights
- Learn and apply Infor technologies, tools, and deployment processes
- Continuously expand knowledge of machine learning techniques and data science methodologies
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Or a related quantitative discipline
- Foundational knowledge of Python programming
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and methodologies
- Exposure to developing or implementing machine learning models through academic projects, internships, research, or professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to different audiences
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Python data libraries such as: Panda or PySpark
Exposure to Forecasting models , Clustering techniques, Predictive analytics ,Optimization models
Familiarity with visualization tools such as: ,Tableau ,Power BI
