[What you will be working on]
The successful candidate will work in the EHI and be part of a multi-disciplinary team that will focus on urban vector species in Singapore. You will oversee and be part of various inter-disciplinary projects and collaborate with partner teams. Key ongoing projects involve the i) study of Aedes albopictus and its control in a mosquito release programme; and ii) the use of pyriproxyfen in the boosted Sterile Insect Technique-Incompatible Insect Technique (SIT-IIT) approach. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and quality of entomological activities including laboratory studies, vector surveillance, mosquito identification, sample processing and data analyses. You will also be responsible for team supervision, training and development, as well as the preparation and maintenance of logistics and resources.
[What we are looking for]

The Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT) is a technical agency in the Ministry of Defence that harnesses advanced digital technologies to meet Singapore’s security needs.
We develop capabilities to support missions such as cyber defence, counter terrorism, and counter hostile information operations. Our technical focus includes cybersecurity, data analytics, software engineering, and cloud infrastructure and services.
CSIT was established in 2003 and is a member of the Defence Technology Community.
