With our modern metal-organic vapor-phase epitaxy (MOCVD) production facilities, we manufacture epitaxial wafers for microelectronic components based on the semiconductor material GaN for applications in radio-frequency technology and power electronics.

The weekly working hours are 39 hours. The position is initially limited to three years. Appointment, remuneration and social security benefits based on the public-sector collective wage agreement (TVöD). Additionally Fraunhofer may grant performance-based variable remuneration components.
