Job Description

A P&G Scientist will be responsible for:

  • Support Oral Care MPD pilot plant operations by executing dentifrice batch-making activities, coordinating raw material readiness, maintaining manufacturing documentation, and supporting product development programs.
  • The role requires working closely with scientists and technicians to prepare batches, manage records, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced R&D manufacturing environment.
  • Guides and influences technical project direction and solves significant technical problems by leveraging scientific/engineering skills and strong foundational R&D understanding developed through hands-on experimentation/application.
  • Performs Application work and demonstrates implementation skills leveraging knowledge that moves projects forward and also begins to gain exposure to and demonstrate initial proficiency in performing integration work

Must haves:

  • Must have a BS degree and several years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines: analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology, molecular biology/gene engineering, methods validation, pharmacology, NDA, quality assurance, quality control, report writing or calculations.
  • Experience is defined as Hand-on-techniques gained in academic or industrial settings.
