ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of activities involved in metabolomics/lipidomics analysis as a member of the team including the following:
  • Conceptualize, perform, analyze and report experiments.
  • Perform mass spectrometry-based assays and studies focused on metabolite analysis of diverse samples from the biological matrices.
  • Laboratory analytical instrumentation routine maintenance.
  • Daily QA/QC, system suitability testing, method development and validated SOP implementation
  • Develop SOPs.
  • Manage external collaborations.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
