Job Title: Scientific Team Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Supervise and lead the scientific team, ensuring effective execution of field plans and activities.

• Prepare and deliver professional scientific presentations about disinfection products, including mechanisms of action and key benefits.

• Train and continuously update the team on product knowledge and scientific developments.

• Develop monthly action plans and monitor field performance.

• Analyze team performance and submit regular reports to management.

• Coordinate closely with the Sales Department to provide scientific support that drives sales growth.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards.

• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement strategies to enhance overall performance.

• Represent the company professionally in front of clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervision and team management.
• Strong scientific background with the ability to present and explain technical content professionally.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning, follow-up, and performance analysis abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Decisive leadership personality with strong decision-making skills.
• Previous experience in medical supplies or disinfection products is a plus.

• الإشراف المباشر على الفريق العلمي وتنظيم خطط العمل الميدانية.

• إعداد وتقديم المحتوى العلمي الخاص بمواد التعقيم وشرح آلية عملها وفوائدها للعملاء باحترافية عالية.

• تدريب الفريق على المعلومات العلمية المتعلقة بالمنتجات وتحديثهم بأي مستجدات.

• وضع خطط شهرية للزيارات والمتابعة الدورية للأداء.

• تحليل نتائج الفريق ورفع تقارير دورية للإدارة.

• التنسيق مع قسم المبيعات لدعم العمليات البيعية بالمعلومات العلمية اللازمة.

• ضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة والمعايير المهنية.

• متابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وتحسين النتائج بشكل مستمر.

• تمثيل الشركة بصورة احترافية أمام العملاء والجهات المعنية.

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الإدارة والإشراف.
• معرفة علمية قوية وقدرة على تقديم وشرح المحتوى العلمي باحترافية.
• مهارات تواصل عالية وقدرة على التأثير والإقناع.
• قدرة على التخطيط، المتابعة، وتحليل الأداء.
• إتقان العمل على اللابتوب وبرامج Microsoft Office.
• شخصية قيادية حازمة وقادرة على اتخاذ القرار.
• يُفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال المواد الطبية أو مواد التعقيم.
