We are seeking a Scientific Operations Excellence – Delivery Manager to join our Global Business Services (GBS) Medical Delivery / Scientific Communications ecosystem in Lisbon. This is a unique opportunity to shape how scientific content is delivered globally—enabling faster, smarter, and more impactful communication that ultimately improves patient outcomes.

As a Scientific Operations Excellence – Delivery Manager, you will lead and optimise the end-to-end delivery of medical and scientific content, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and compliant execution across multiple platforms and channels.
You will play a central role in orchestrating delivery across planning, governance, processes, platforms, and performance tracking, working closely with Medical Information teams, digital teams, Veeva, graphics, and platform partners
This role combines operational leadership, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on driving efficiency, visibility, and quality across the scientific communications lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with ability to interpret data and performance metrics

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with a continuous improvement mindset
Experience working within GBS, shared services, or centre-of-excellence models
