Scientific Education Specialist - Dental Solution

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Manage Mexico to develop strategic education plans, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and utilize resources effectively.

• Maintain all contracting, reporting and payment responsibilities for healthcare professionals.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs, clinicians, and academic advisors and lead area KOL lifecycle management to support and develop advocacy with key opinion leaders in academic and clinical practice.

• Development of Education Program strategy with a focus on clinical education and management of strategic educational partnerships with professional associations and universities.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5 years of dental industry experience

• 5 years of Proficiency and experience in project management and execution with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders

• 5 years of experience understanding objectives, materials and methods in both dental clinical and non-clinical research

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• DDS or DMD degree in from an accredited institution

• Five (5) years of clinical research and KOL strategy in a private, public, government or military environment

• Proficient public speaking and presentations skills

• Skills include strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Smartsheets

Work location: Remote (On-site when requiered)

Travel: May include up to 40% (domestic and international)

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
