Description du poste

The scientific liaison will act as a key link between the technical, commercial, marketing teams and external partners providing authoritative expertise on product safety, efficacy, physicochemical properties, and formulation to support the successful promotion of our new products and existing portfolio in the healthcare and aesthetics sectors. This role is ideal for who enjoys transforming complex scientific concepts into clear, compelling messages for internal stakeholders focusing on impactful communications.

Key responsibilities

  • Support internal scientific communication initiatives.
  • Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations and visual materials for client meetings, seminars, and training sessions.
  • Assist in drafting technical documentation and project summaries based on scientific data.
  • Facilitate communication between R&D, MKT and commercial teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of technical content.
  • Contribute to the organization of project meetings and preparation of progress reports.
  • Explain safety and efficacy data, toxicological profiles, and mechanism of action for all products
  • Deliver technical training sessions to sales teams, distributors, and customers
  • Develop white papers, technical bulletins, FAQs, and peer‑reviewed content.
  • Respond promptly to technical inquiries and support requests.


Profil recherché

Profile & Required qualifications

  • Education in biological studies, pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in scientific communication and project support.
  • Good written and spoken in both languages: English and French.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and general document creation/design tools.
  • Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working with both R&D and sales teams.
  • Knowledge of product safety testing, efficacy studies, and physicochemical characterization (a plus).
