Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented ScienceLogic Consultant to join our team.

Clearance

• Support the implementation, configuration, validation, and transition of ScienceLogic SL1 solutions within enterprise environments.

• Support the full implementation lifecycle, including solution preparation, design, configuration, testing, production deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

• Apply hands-on experience with ScienceLogic SL1 or a comparable enterprise monitoring platform, including integrating monitoring solutions with ServiceNow, authentication systems, and supporting technologies.

• Support preparation, design, configuration, validation, and transition activities for ScienceLogic SL1 implementations.

• Assist with the implementation and configuration of the SL1 production stack.

• Configure and deploy ScienceLogic collectors, PowerPacks, device discovery, monitoring policies, and supporting components.

• Support the implementation and configuration of ScienceLogic PowerFlow.

• Configure dashboards, reports, user access, and role-based access controls.

• Perform device discovery, monitoring configuration, event tuning, and alert optimization.

• Configure Restorepoint and related network configuration management capabilities.

• Support ServiceNow incident management integration through ScienceLogic PowerFlow.

• Configure authentication integrations using CAC, single sign-on, LDAP, and Active Directory.

• Conduct system validation, functional testing, integration testing, and deployment readiness reviews.

• Troubleshoot configuration, connectivity, discovery, authentication, and integration issues.

• Develop implementation plans, configuration documentation, validation results, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.

• Collaborate with customer administrators, engineers, project managers, and technical stakeholders throughout the engagement.

• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to customer personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in IT operations, enterprise monitoring, systems administration, systems integration, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of one year of experience with ScienceLogic SL1 or a comparable enterprise monitoring platform.

• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise monitoring solutions.

• Experience with ScienceLogic collectors, PowerPacks, device discovery, dashboards, event management, and role-based access controls.

• Experience with ScienceLogic PowerFlow or comparable integration and automation technologies.

• Experience configuring and tuning events, alerts, monitoring policies, and device discovery processes.

• Experience supporting ServiceNow incident management integrations.

• Experience integrating enterprise platforms with CAC, single sign-on, LDAP, or Active Directory.

• Experience performing system validation, troubleshooting, and production deployment support.

• Ability to develop clear technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-engagement skills.
