
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant supervisory experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of experience.
Clearance Requirements:Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
General Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate opening for a Senior Engineering Manager for the Space and Embedded Crypto (S&EC) Business Segments under the Space, Cyber, and Intelligence (SC&I) Line of Business (LoB). The successful candidate will be a member of the S&EC Leadership Team, and report directly to the Director of Engineering for Space and Embedded Crypto. You will have responsibility for the ~70 employee engineering team and will be fully accountable for engineering execution within the Business Segment.
You will be responsible for enhancing the performance, strategy and profitability of an organization that supports some of our nation’s fundamental defense services.
