Aufgaben

Was dich erwartet:

  • Time-In-Angebot einführen: Du führst das neue Time-In-Angebot am Standort an der Limmat in Turgi ein und setzt es um – orientiert an aktuellen sozialpädagogischen und schulischen Konzepten.
  • Beraten & begleiten: Du führst individuelle und gruppenbasierte Beratungen durch und begleitest Kinder, Jugendliche und deren Eltern im Rahmen der Time-In-Massnahmen.
  • Systemisch denken, handeln & stärken: Du unterstützt das schulische System mit gezielten Interventionen, um Teilhabe am Schulalltag zu ermöglichen.
  • Mit Ideen voran: Du initiierst, leitest und realisierst Projekte, die einen nachhaltigen Beitrag zur Schulentwicklung leisten.


Anforderungen

Was du mitbringst:

  • Eine Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit oder Sozialpädagogik (FH) sowie ein CAS in Schulsozialarbeit- oder Pädagogik
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen – idealerweise im schulischen Umfeld.
  • Nachweisbare Kompetenzen in Krisenintervention, Beratung und Projektarbeit.
  • Einen ausgeprägten Pioniergeist und die Fähigkeit, neue Ansätze zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
  • Ein sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen.
  • Offenheit, Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft, dich auf die Dynamik des Schulalltags einzulassen.
  • Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und eine kommunikative, vertrauensvolle Art im Umgang mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und ihren Familien.
