Aufgaben

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

Beraten, Unterstützen und Begleiten von Kindern, Jugendlichen, Erziehungsberechtigten und Lehrpersonen bei psychosozialen Fragestellungen und herausfordernden Lebenssituationen
Unterstützen der Schule im Entwickeln und Durchführen von präventiven Angeboten
Moderieren von Konfliktsituationen und Kriseninterventionen in Klassen
Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit der Schulleitung und den Lehrpersonen im Sinne einer positiven Schulhauskultur
Vernetzen und Koordination mit anderen Dienst- und Fachstellen
Führen von Falldokumentationen und Statistiken

Anforderungen

Ihr Profil

Fachhochschulabschluss im Bereich Schulsozialarbeit resp. Sozialer Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Weiterbildung und ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der Schulsozialarbeit oder in der Beratung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen
Weiterbildungen in systemischer Arbeit/Beratung
Methodenkompetenz in den Bereichen Prävention, Mediation, Konfliktmanagement und Intervention
Interkulturelle Kompetenzen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
Organisationstalent, gutes Selbstmanagement und hohe Belastbarkeit
