Aufgaben

Niederschwellige Beratung von Schülerinnen und Schüler, Lehrpersonen, Schulleitung und Eltern bei soziales und sozialpädagogischen Problemen
Planung und Durchführung präventiver Projekte und Interventionsmassnahmen
Krisenintervention und Unterstützung bei der Konfliktbewältigung
Institutionelle Netzwerkarbeit u.a. mit Behörden, Beiständen, Ämtern und externen Fachstellen

Anforderungen

Hochschulabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit FH oder Sozialpädagogik HF, von Vorteil mit Berufserfahrung
Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Prävention, Kren- und Klassenintervention, lösungsorientierter und systemischer Beratung und Projektarbeit
eine pragmatische, eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes Flair für den Umgang mit unterschiedlichsten Ansprüchen
Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit an Projekten , auch ausserhalb der Büro- und Unterrichtszeit (Elternabende, Projekte, Anlässe)
Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Eltern
Bereitschaft, am Mittwoch und/oder Freitag zu arbeiten
