Aufgaben

Für eine 2. Klasse im Primarschulhaus Risiacher in Buchs AG suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und herzliche

SCHULISCHE HEILPÄDAGOGIN / EINEN SCHULISCHEN HEILPÄDAGOGEN (SHP)

4 WOCHENLEKTIONEN

Du unterstützt Schülerinnen und Schüler einer Regelklasse gezielt in ihrem Lernen und ihrer Entwicklung und arbeitest dabei eng mit der Klassenlehrperson zusammen.

  • individuelle und bedarfsgerechte Förderung von Schülerinnen und Schülern
  • Unterstützung der Kinder im Unterricht sowie in ausgewählten Fördersequenzen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Förderplanung und der Beobachtung der Lernentwicklung
  • enge Zusammenarbeit und regelmässiger Austausch mit der Klassenlehrperson
  • Mitwirkung bei Standortgesprächen und bei Bedarf Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und weiteren Fachpersonen
  • Beitrag zu einem integrativen, wertschätzenden und lernförderlichen Unterricht

Anforderungen

  • eine für die Funktion gemäss den Vorgaben des Kantons Aargau anerkannte Qualifikation im Be
  • reich Schulische Heilpädagogik bzw. die entsprechenden Voraussetzungen für eine Anstellung als
  • SHP
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern im Primarschulalter
  • eine ressourcenorientierte und wertschätzende pädagogische Haltung
  • Freude an enger und verbindlicher Zusammenarbeit im Klassenteam
  • eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und flexible Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Kinder auf ihrem individuellen Lernweg zu begleiten und zu stärken
