Aufgaben

Auf das Schuljahr 2026/2027 suchen wir aufgrund einer Pensionierung eine Schulische Heilpädagogin / einen Schulischen Heilpädagogen für die Oberstufe mit Real-, Sek- und Bezklasse am Standort Zentrum.

  • Förderung und Begleitung von Schülerinnen und Schülern mit besonderem Bildungsbedarf auf der Oberstufe
  • Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation heilpädagogischer Fördermassnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Klassenlehrpersonen, Fachlehrpersonen, Eltern sowie externen Fachstellen
  • Mitwirkung bei Förderplanung, Standortgesprächen und interdisziplinären Absprachen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung des Schulteams in heilpädagogischen Fragestellungen


Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung in Schulischer Heilpädagogik (SHP) oder Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
  • Erfahrung und/oder Interesse an der Arbeit auf der Oberstufe
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und an interdisziplinischer Kooperation
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und reflektierte Arbeitsweise
  • Wertschätzender und ressourcenorientierter Umgang mit Jugendlichen
