Unser Angebot

Auf das Schuljahr 2026/2027 hat die Volksschule Baden am Standort Tannegg eine Förderklasse plus für Kinder mit komplexen, meist im Bereich der Neurodivergenz liegenden Beeinträchtigungen eröffnet. Diese Kinder benötigen einen sicheren Lern- und Entwicklungsort. Die Förderklasse ist organisatorisch in die Volksschule eingebunden. Die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit wird gelebt, gefördert und unterstützt. Ein starkes Netz, bestehend aus Lehr- und Fachpersonen, Schulleitungen und Assistenzen, arbeitet eng zusammen.

Wir suchen eine schulische Heilpädagogin oder eine erfahrene Lehrperson Zyklus 1, die…

gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und Freude an einer Aufgabe hat, bei welcher ihre besonderen Fähigkeiten nicht nur Platz haben, sondern gebraucht werden,
Interesse an Neurodivergenz und deren pädagogischer Relevanz hat,
sich im systemischen Arbeiten zuhause fühlt – multiprofessionell, vernetzt, transparent,
kreativ die gegebenen Möglichkeiten nutzt und
über Standfestigkeit verfügt und in komplexen, herausfordernden Situationen handlungsfähig bleibt.

About Kanton Aargau
