Aufgaben

An unserer Schule mit rund 400 Schülerinnen und Schülern in Sekundar-, Real- und Kleinklassen sowie einem Team von ca. 50 Lehrpersonen übernehmen Sie die pädagogische Gesamtverantwortung und gestalten die Schule zukunftsorientiert und nachhaltig.

Ihre Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Pädagogische und personelle Führung der Schule
  • Fördern, Steuern und Sichern der Schul- und Qualitätsentwicklung
  • Verantwortung für die pädagogische Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung des Unterrichts
  • Vertretung der Schule nach innen und aussen
  • Enge und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung Bildung
  • Kooperation mit der Stellenpartnerin Administrative Leitung (40 %), die Sie umfassend unterstützt


Anforderungen

Als Führungspersönlichkeit bringen Sie mit

  • Ausgewiesene Führungs- und Berufserfahrung im pädagogischen Umfeld
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer Schulleitungsfunktion
  • Begonnene oder abgeschlossene Schulleitungsausbildung
  • Lösungsorientierte Grundhaltung sowie Gelassenheit im Umgang mit herausfordernden Situationen
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, wertschätzender Umgang und partizipativer Führungsstil
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und an der Gestaltung von Entwicklungsprozessen

The Department of Economic and Internal Affairs deals with important matters for the smooth functioning of the state, the economy and society as a whole. Amongst other things it is responsible for the areas of justice, the police, communes and the economy.

The Department of Education, Culture and Sports deals with all aspects in the context of basic and professional training, secondary schools and university education. It is also in charge of the promotion of cultural affairs, the preservation of cultural assets as well as sports promotion

State Chancellery

The State Chancellery supports the Aargau Government Council in terms of strategy, operational and legal affairs and communication. The focus of its activities lies in the optimization of the scope of activities of the Government Council.
