You will provide vital HR, facilities and office support that keeps a leading humanities School running smoothly.You will support the staff lifecycle and enable safe, well-resourced workplaces.You will act as a key contact for academic and professional colleagues.
What you will deliver:
Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring staff feel informed, welcomed and well supported.
Administer contract changes, workforce planning data and casual staffing processes across key HR systems.
Oversee procurement, office allocations and facility requests to maintain safe, well-functioning School spaces.
Support OHS activities, including safety inspections, evacuation drills and ergonomic assessments for staff.
Maintain School information channels, triage staff queries and provide responsive general administrative support.

Bring exemplary organisation and time management skills to manage high volumes of competing priorities.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, judgement and adherence to policy.
Provide accurate, detailed advice within complex policy or procedural environments.
Administer HR or administrative processes independently, using enterprise systems with strong attention to detail.
Hold a relevant degree, or equivalent experience, ideally within higher education or large organisations
