Holy Family School in Hannibal, MO is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented School Secretary. This position will support administration, teachers, staff, students, and families with professionalism and care. This role plays a key part in daily communication, organization, and service across the school community. A successful candidate must be able to serve as the face of the school by welcoming all who enter, be faith-filled, multitask effectively, possess strong computer and writing skills, and enjoy working with children. This position is for the 2026–2027 school year. The secretary position is generally from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and is in the office from August 1st through approximately June 15th.
