Lecturer (Human Resource Management with Psychology)
[What you will be working on]
• Facilitate PET & CET student learning, conduct student-industry collaboration project, develop curricula and/or deliver enrichment and professional development activities. Solicit industry mentorship & book prizes, and involve in industry consultation projects, in various area(s) such as:
- Career Health Initiatives
- Career Counselling / Coaching
- Career Development
- HR Analytics and Technology
- Full HR functions
- I/O Psychology
- Positive Psychology
- Psychometric Assessment
- Socio-emotional Counselling
• Staff is also required to take on the role as a mentor to students, and/or advise students on student life activities/developmental activities.
[What we are looking for]
• Possess relevant qualifications and registered with professional bodies in the relevant field(s), such as: NCDA accredited credentials: CCSP, CCC, etc; full members registered with: SPS, BPS, SAC, etc and IHRP certified.
• Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant practice and training delivery experience.
• Possess sound planning, organising and multi-tasking skills, with a strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned duties on time.
• Have a passion to be in a helping profession and developing talents.
• Have strong industry linkages to carry out career development / HR-related projects and research.
