Job Description

Carthage College is seeking to fill one Graduate Assistant position for the 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 academic year.

Responsibilities for the position will include, but are not limited to, assisting with administration of the main SOBE office including office and classroom supplies, maintaining SOBE social media pages, creating graphics and ads for placement, assist professors with preparing classroom materials, and assisting the Dean with divisional responsibilities and reports.

These positions report to the Dean of the School of Business & Economics and the Graduate Program Director, and require availability during minimal nights and weekends. Normal hours will be 8am to 5pm.

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree as well as application and acceptance to one of our graduate business programs.

Ideal Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, graphic design or communications related field.
