Do you love nursing but need a more flexible schedule? PA Leadership Charter School is looking for a Substitute Nurse to join our team at our CPFA and USP locations. This is a day-to-day substitute position, paid hourly. It is an excellent opportunity to work when needed, offering a perfect balance of professional care and personal flexibility.

Summary

• Provide direct care and health support to students/staff, including medication administration, injury management, and health screenings.
• Act as a vital team member ensuring a safe, healthy environment
• Maintain accurate, confidential health records
• Work in our West Chester location for the School of Performing Arts and the University Scholars Program

What We Need

• Valid Pennsylvania RN or LPN license
• Previous experience in school health or pediatrics preferred.
• Strong communication skills and compassion.
