ABOUT YOU

You are a qualified and licensed nurse with strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

You are calm under pressure, organised, and able to exercise sound professional judgement. You understand the importance of accurate and timely documentation, communication, and record keeping, and take pride in providing a high standard of service.

You enjoy building positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and healthcare professionals. Whether delivering first aid, managing student health needs, promoting wellbeing, or supporting health and safety compliance, you approach every task with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

Most importantly, you are passionate about supporting student wellbeing and contributing to an outstanding school community.

THE ROLE

You will play a key role in supporting the health, safety, and wellbeing of our school community through the delivery of high-quality nursing care and health services. Responsibilities include first aid and emergency response, medication management, health record administration, health promotion, and supporting health and safety initiatives. Through accurate and timely communication, documentation, and professional judgement, you will help create a safe and healthy environment in which students can thrive.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS

Essential

  • Valid PRC Registered Nurse licence.
  • Minimum of 2 years' hospital-based nursing experience.
  • Strong clinical assessment, first aid, and emergency response skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely records and documentation.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Desirable

  • Experience working in a school or educational setting.
  • Experience caring for children and young people.
  • First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and/or BOSH certification.
