ANNOUNCEMENT: POSITION OPENING
The Board of Education is seeking applications for the 2026-2027 school year for the following position:
SCHOOL NURSE
(10 Months � Certificated)
DISTRICT
Qualifications:
1. New Jersey DOE School Nurse certificate and current New Jersey RN license required.
2. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
3. Current experience working as a School Nurse in a setting with students with special needs � preferred.
4. Should have familiarity in working with students with significant physical and intellectual disabilities.
5. Should have familiarity in working with students with complex medical conditions.
6. Effective written and oral expression.
7. Demonstrated ability to work as a team player.
8. Must be able to perform physical work, which may require bending and lifting. Independently life/carry up to 25 lbs., more than 25 lbs. with assistance.
9. New Jersey residence within one (1) year from date of hire.
Compensation Rate/Range: $73,690 - $111,682
