Location: Western, KS [reporting in-person to our closest branch office: Phillipsburg, Norton, Colby, Goodland, Osborne]
Pay: $22.26 per hour | $500 SIGN-ON BONUS!
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
As a School Liaison at High Plains Mental Health Center, you will serve as a vital bridge between schools, families, and mental health services—helping ensure that students receive quality support. You will receive consistent guidance from experienced leadership, clinical oversight, and opportunities for professional growth. This role also places you as a visible, trusted face within local schools—building lasting partnerships, supporting educators, and helping students access the care they need.

Founded in 1964, High Plains Mental Health Center has been serving the residents of Northwest Kansas with mental health services for more than five decades.
High Plains, a licensed community mental health center, is dedicated to an aggressive pursuit of providing a comprehensive mental health program to the residents of Northwest Kansas.
Embodied in this pursuit are fundamental principles of establishing quality services as close to home as possible, at an affordable fee and delivered in the least disruptive manner available. Such services will offer a continuum of care so treatment can be individualized. Staff will respond quickly and compassionately to those reaching out to us. In addition to our offices in Hays, there are five full-time Branch Offices located in Colby, Goodland, Norton, Osborne and Phillipsburg. Services are available on a regular basis in Wallace, Rawlins, Logan, Decatur, Gove, Norton, Graham, Trego, Ness, Rooks, Rush, Smith and Russell counties.
