We're looking for bright, motivated interns to join our Human Resources department As part of the Human Capital team at PwC Belgium, you'll work alongside a diverse group of HR professionals — each with unique talents and expertise — and take on real responsibilities across one or more Business Units.

HR Operations: Reward, Payroll & Fleet — Where excellence meets employee experience

Detail-oriented and eager to keep the engine running smoothly behind the scenes? Step into the world of HR Operations and discover how great service makes a real difference for every employee. As an HR Operations intern, you'll:

  • Be part of the HR Operations team, delivering top-quality services in payroll, reward, and fleet— and helping ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Support the team in keeping our intranet up to datewith the latest reward, payroll, and fleet content.
  • Become a content contributorto our process description initiative, helping fully map and document all payroll, fleet, and reward processes.
  • Assist with payroll administrationand the preparation of the monthly payroll.
  • Support the payroll team in handling employee requestswith care and accuracy.
  • Provide support for our flexible income plan
  • Help shape and deliver our mobility offerings
  • Assist the fleet teamin handling employee requests and administration.

You won't just be assisting — you'll be learning by doing, gaining a 360° view of how a top-class HR Operations team really works.

About you

You're someone who...

  • Is a final-year Bachelor's or Master's studentin Law, Human Resources, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Wants to dive into the world of HRand discover what makes great people operations tick.
  • Is looking for a school internship of at least 3 months
  • Speaks fluent Dutch and/or French, plus English
  • Is enthusiastic, motivated, and a true team playerwith a real passion for people.
  • Has strong organizational skillsand a hands-on mentality.
  • Loves communicating, connecting, and collaboratingwith others.
  • Is comfortable with MS Officeand has a natural feel for digital tools.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environmentand adapts easily to change.
