We’re looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our Human Resources – HR Excellence and Innovation, HRIS team If you're excited about combining people, data, and technology in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment, this is your opportunity to explore the future of HR.
About the HRIS team
You will be part of a forward-thinking HR team at the intersection of people, technology and transformation. The HRIS team focuses on optimizing HR processes, improving employee experience, and leveraging innovative tools such as Workday and GenAI to drive smarter, data-driven decisions.
Working in an international environment, you will gain hands-on insight into how a global network builds, shares and scales HR technology solutions across teams and countries.
Your impact as an intern
You won’t just observe — you’ll learn, contribute and create real value. Here’s what you’ll get to do:
Dive into Workday, our core HR platform, and support its daily operations
Contribute to HRIS projects, including GenAI use cases, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Help document and improve HR processes and workflows, ensuring clarity, efficiency and scalability
Support the development of dashboards, reports and HR analytics, transforming data into actionable insights
Collaborate with colleagues across teams and geographies on HR technology and innovation initiatives
Identify opportunities to optimize and automate HR processes, improving speed, quality and user experience
About you
You’re someone who…
Is a final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Is looking for a school internship of at least 3 months
Has a strong interest in HR technology, Workday, data analytics and digital innovation
Brings a curious, analytical and problem-solving mindset, and enjoys exploring new tools and ideas
Takes ownership of tasks and is committed to delivering high-quality, reliable work
Communicates clearly and collaborates easily with different stakeholders
Is proactive, eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions or challenge ideas constructively
Works well in a fast-paced, changing environment and adapts quickly
Speaks fluent Dutch and/or French, with a good knowledge of English
Is comfortable with MS Office and has a strong affinity for digital tools
You actively contribute to a positive team environment, share knowledge openly and seek opportunities to create value through innovation and technology, while demonstrating integrity and a commitment to quality.
